What the site provides

CampaignWing provides a free in-browser subject line checker and a set of pre-send checklists for email campaigns. There is no account and no charge.

Your text

Anything you type into the checker stays in your browser and remains yours. The site does not store it, so it cannot return it to you later: copy what you want to keep before you leave the page.

General guidance, not a guarantee

The checker applies simple rules of thumb to a sender name, subject and preview text. A passing result does not mean an email will be delivered, opened or kept out of a spam folder. The checklists are general suggestions. They are not legal advice on anti-spam, consent or data protection law, which differs between countries. Sample senders and subject lines are invented.

Features in development

Features described as "in development" or "planned", including a CampaignWing email platform, do not exist yet and may change or never be released.

Other companies

CampaignWing is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any mailbox provider, email service provider or other company whose products are mentioned in general terms on this site.

Content and brand

The text, design, logo and name are owned by the operator of this site. You may use and print the checklists for your own work, your team and your clients. You may not republish whole pages, sell them or use the name or logo as your own.

Liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on anything published here.
