Why check
You can edit a web page. You cannot edit an inbox.
There is no undo
A web page can be fixed after it is published. An email is a copy in every inbox, and the typo goes with it.
The phone cuts it short
A subject that fits on your monitor loses its last words on a phone. The checker shows the line as a narrow inbox does.
Three things are seen first
Sender, subject, preview text. The design, the offer and the button only exist for people who open.
Readers are the spam filter
Capitals, "!!!" and fake "Re:" are what people report. Mailbox providers learn from those reports.
Twelve checks, not fifty
Each checklist is short enough to finish. Four checks for the inbox line, four for the inside, four for the send.
Private by design

What is CampaignWing?
CampaignWing is a free subject line checker and a library of pre-send checklists for email campaigns. It helps you catch mistakes in the inbox line, the email and the send before the campaign goes out.
Does the checker guarantee my email will reach the inbox?
No. It checks the sender name, subject and preview text against plain rules of thumb. Delivery also depends on your sending domain, your list and how readers react, which a text checker cannot see.
Can I send campaigns with CampaignWing?
Not yet. An email campaign platform is in development and is not available. Everything on this site is free to use with whichever email tool you send from now.
